The student gains practical experience in the form of teaching within the Preparatory Course and the Associate Degree Classical Ballet of the National Ballet Academy.
In addition, the NBA has a long-term partnership with Ballet School Marieke van der Heijden. There too (in consultation with the artistic director) there is the possibility to give trial lessons.
Due to the intensive collaboration of the NBA with the Junior Company of Dutch National Ballet, BA students can, if desired, attend classes from various established ballet teachers, sometimes also international guest teachers.
