The library of the Academy of Theater and Dance has one of the most important Dutch collections in the field of the performing arts. This concerns books and magazines as well as productions and registrations of performances on video. It is widely used in the context of theory education, theses, and for finding sources and inspiration when creating and designing performances. Many directors, designers and actors from outside the Academy of Theater and Dance also make use of the library. It is also possible to watch videotapes and DVDs (reservation is necessary) and the library is also a study room.
