What to do in the event of undesirable or transgressive behaviour?
The policy of the Academy for Theatre and Dance is aimed not only at physical safety but also at assuring the social and psychological safety of students and staff members. Undesirable and/or transgressive behaviour is by definition not tolerated and certainly not within the sensitive context of art education. But boundaries are also very personal and not always easy to interpret. The pointers given in the handout are meant to help you decide what to do (when you suspect) undesirable and/or transgressive behaviour.
