The National Ballet Academy is part of the Academy of Theater and Dance of the Amsterdam University of the Arts (AHK). It therefore uses the electronic environment of this institution.
MyAHK is the intranet of the AHK, where you can find your AHK email, the Asimut schedule and the latest news and announcements. By logging in, you gain access to the most important secure digital services of the AHK, such as your e-mail and the website. All students of the AHK, including NBA pupils and students, have access to the MyAHK network. When activating the AHK account you will be asked for a passport photo. Upload a recent passport photo less than 1 year old.
It is important to immediately activate the AHK account and e-mail address after registration and to log in daily and view the e-mail, because all communication takes place via MyAHK. Everyone is expected to be aware of this.
NOTE: Parents/guardians of underage pupils and students are expected to read the AHK email regularly! No emails will be sent to private email addresses of parents. AHK e-mails can be forwarded to your private e-mails, instructions for this can be found on the intranet myAHK.

By logging in via the address www.MyAHK.nl you will arrive at the home page of MyAHK. This is a partly personalized website that combines information from different sources. You will immediately see the latest emails you have received and the latest news and announcements. You also have access to the schedules of the ATD via the Asimut program
All current timetables can be found in the program 'Asimut', which you will find under 'roosters Asimut'. In addition to viewing the schedules online, there are a few screens (touchscreens) in the building where you can also find the schedules.
Each student who registers at the AHK and each staff member has their own personal email address. All communication from the AHK, the faculty and the school takes place via this e-mail address. Parents and students are expected to use this address and check it regularly.

Central Student Administration (CSA)
The CSA sends all invoices when it comes to tuition, medical expenses, and tuition. They can also help you with your visa application. You can direct all your questions about the payment of the tuition fee and the visa to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
