The NBA has been working hard over the past years to develop a new Syllabus. This is the starting point for the Classical Ballet teacher training and is also followed within the own training (the NBA Preliminary training and the NBA Associate Degree). Originating from the history of teaching within the NBA, the history and knowledge of basic themes from the Vaganova technique and updated to the needs of choreographers and classical ballet companies today, the new Syllabus is mainly different in that the fun in dance comes first and is combined with technique from an early age, by adding dance combinations per grade.
