Personal and group coaching with regard to the education and the workfield. We consider what it means to be an artist, and begin to develop a personal artistic vision.
- are responsible for their own developmental choices.
- relate their developmental choices to their understanding of what is needed to achieve their long-term goals.
- develop an understanding of what it means to be a dancer in a project or company.
- use their understanding of the dance work field to reflect about their current development as a dance artist and establish short- and long-term goals for their continued development.
