Students can lodge a complaint with the complaints desk about educational issues but also about decisions and actions of people in service of the study programme, a fellow student or an organ of the Academy for Theatre and Dance. A student should first try to settle any differences with the person in question alone. External help or mediation may be called in. After a complaint has been filed, both parties will be heard by a committee consisting of the student counsellor, a delegate from the directorate and a student.
