Mentors offer artistic advice to the students in the context of their personal projects. Focused on their area of expertise - choreography, dramaturgy, voice, theatre etc. mentors offer feed-back, challenge, brainstorm with the students and when necessary guide them in structuring and formulating their work. During creations with the guest artists, rehearsal directors assist and supervise the process, making sure that the artistic processes that is unfolding stays connected to the learning process of each individual student.
