Korte samenvatting van de inhoud
Aim of the 3rd year’s course is to provide deeper knowledge into major actual issues of relevance for the students such as interdisciplinarity, postdramatic theatre, dramaturgy, work conditions and the political. This course includes invited artists and or theorists with the aim to show students the possibilities/context that entail dance.

1. Student gains knowledge of actual issues and theories within the context of dance .
2. Students develop deeper reflecting skills
3. Students practice the art of discussion
4. Student develop in formulating own vision.

Classes combine: short presentations by guests and teacher, individual reflections and group discussions.

Weekly readings provided by teacher and guests.
Wijze van beoordeling
Written report where student reflects on one of the discussed topics and its relevance for him/her as a dancer.

This course supports students on a cognitive level and helps them to reflect on themselves as dancers about to go out in to the professional field.
