Summary
This course aims to improve students’ writing skills in English via selected topics. This is a hands-on course; students are invited to practice skills through weekly assignments.

Content and design of the class
The course focuses on the following elements to help students in writing (argumentative) essays: reading & summarising, recognising arguments & making arguments, structuring thoughts in paragraphs, paraphrasing, APA referencing.
