Laurence Korsenti 
Laurence joined NBA as a classical teacher and pedagogical coordinator in 2011. 
She studied at L’école de danse de l’Opéra de Marseille under the direction of Rosella Hightower, Pedro Consuegra and later Roland Petit. As a student she joined the company of  Les Ballets de Marseille on various tours. She danced with the Israel Ballet, Scapino Ballet, the Frankfurt Ballet and the Scottish Ballet where she was promoted to first soloist. After completing her teacher’s course she taught at the Royal Conservatory in the Hague between 1992 and 2011.  

Rinat Gizatulin 
Rinat joined NBA as a classical teacher in1995. 
He studied and graduated from Bolshoi Ballet Academy and started his career with Gorky Ballet where he danced as 2nd soloist in Don Quichot, Romeo and Juliet and Giselle. In 1981 he joined Moscow Classical Ballet where he danced as a first soloist for the following ten years.  
He studied at GITIS Ballet Teacher University in 1990. In 1991 he joined Dortmund Ballet as teacher. Rinat has been a senior ballet teacher with Het Nationale Ballet since 1995. 

Grigori Tchitcherine 
Grigori joined NBA as a classical and caractère teacher in 2001. 
He trained at the Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg and started the first five years of his career at the Kirov Ballet. He joined Het Nationale Ballet in 1994 where he danced until 2005. 
In 2008 Grigory received his university Bachelor Degree in Art of Ballet from the Vaganova Ballet Academy. Since he has been working with the NBA Grigory has been invited back as a teacher by his former company in St. Petersburg.

Ernst Meisner
is choreographer and has been artistic coordinator for the Junior Company of The Dutch National Ballet  since 2013. He will continue in this function next to his new task as artistic director of the NBA. Ernst himself studied at the National Ballet Academy and went on to dance with The Royal Ballet and The Dutch National Ballet . He created various works for The Dutch National Ballet including the children’s production, De kleine grote kist, (2011). For the Junior Company he choreographed Embers, (2013), No Time Before Time, (2016) and Revelry, (2017). With Marco Gerris, artistic director of ISH, he made the much acclaimed ‘hip-hop meets ballet’ productions, Narnia: de Leeuw, de Heks en de Kleerkast, (2014) and GRIMM, (2018). Meisner also made choreographies for the New York Choreographic Institute, (part of the New York City Ballet), The Royal Ballet New Works Program, the English National Ballet School, DanceEast and the Encore Dance Company. Earlier Ernst was a guest teacher at, among others, the English National Ballet School, the Summer Schools of The Royal Ballet School, Korean Youth Ballet Stars and the Youth American Grand Prix.

Nathalie Caris 
Nathalie joined NBA as classical and repertoire teacher in 2010. 
She graduated from National Ballet School of Canada in 1980 and completed with honours the Cechetti method examinations.  She joined Het Nationale Ballet in 1980 and was promoted principal dancer in 1987. Nathalie danced all principal roles of the company’s classical and contemporary repertoire including choreographies from Balanchine, Van Manen, Forsythe and Pastor. During her career she has won several international awards. Nathalie was assistant ballet master and teacher at Het Nationale Ballet between 2005 and 2008 and was a guest teacher with Ottawa School of Dance, Scapino and Dansgroep Amsterdam.
